Francis Ward appoints new Internal Sales Engineer

Francis Ward has appointed Phil Oxborough in the role of Internal Sales Engineer. At Francis Ward, Phil will work together with with customers and prospects to drive growth and will also be instrumental in strengthening the organisation’s customer retention levels. Among these responsibilities, he will also coordinate internal sales activities and manage and develop a number of key accounts.

Phil has over 40 years experience within the Aerospace industry, working with established organisations including BAe Systems and Gardner Aerospace. He holds 26 years of experience through various levels of management and has project-managed ventures including Boeing 747 and Eurofighter Canopy manufacture. He also spent two years in the USA project managing the T45 modification program, including spending four years as a divisional sales manager with Gardner.

Phil states, ‘From a history of working with large organisations, Francis Ward attracted me because of its tight-knit working culture. Through working with a small organisation I strongly believe that it will allow me to make a positive contribution to the growing success of Francis Ward’.
