The DGC is Francis Wards leading IBC for storage of dry products.
What makes the DGC so popular is the cone angle. Depending on the contents being stored the DGC can be adapted to have three varying cone angles to suit the flow movement of the product. This allows product to flow freely with no cavitation or blockage at the valve. This gives an uninterrupted discharge and is completely emptying.
No Waste, No Spillage, only increased productivity.
The DGC is Roto-moulded! All stages of the process, heating, melting, shaping and cooling occur after the plastic is placed in the mould. No External Pressure is applied.
DGC has no built in stresses and no seams or weld lines, which can be exposed. It also has superior wall thickness compared to other IBCs giving greater protection from the knocks and bumps that often occur in heavy industrial use
Such durability means:
- Reduced costs associated with constantly replacing
IBCs.
- Reduced Tax bill on packaging waste disposal costs.
- Plus ability to rebottle after years of use maintains
longevity and increases cost savings.
