Do you accept credit/debit cards?
We accept all major credit and debit cards.
Can I collect my products with our carrier?
We are happy for you to collect from our manufacturing facility provided you give us sufficient notice, and collect from us during our operating hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 8:30 – 15:30
- Fridays: 8:30 – 12:30
What is the carriage cost for IBCs/drums?
We can provide you with a carriage cost based on pallet spaces required and your postcode.
Could you advise me on a suitable IBC for my dry goods product?

Are your containers UN approved?
Certain products (including the APL and PCM ranges) suitable for the safe transport of specialist chemicals and nuclear materials are certified by the UN, and undergo a renewal process every 5 years to ensure compliance and safety.
Are your products certified food safe?
Our DGO and DGC ranges all have the required certification for polymers manufactured for food safety.
Are your products manufactured in the UK?
Yes, all FRANCISWARD’s products are manufactured in the UK on our Bradford premises.
