Sustainable by Design

Reusable and built to be refurbished, our IBCs help to significantly reduce waste over time.

This long-term reusability makes our solutions a far more sustainable and eco-friendly option than their single-use plastic counterparts, which are typically discarded after just one trip. Perfect for businesses focused on reducing their environmental footprint.

Longevity & Durability

Our IBCs are designed to last.

With galvanised and stainless-steel frames, they can withstand the toughest industrial environments, and are ideal for heavy-duty, multi-trip applications. Components such as valves and lids are replaceable, so when a part wears out, you don’t need to replace the entire container, just the part that needs fixing.

Expert Support & Customisation

Our team is always available to discuss your specific needs, from determining the best container design to advising on refurbishments and repairs.

We excel at working closely with our clients to ensure that each product meets the unique requirements of their operations.

UN Certified

Safety and compliance are at the core of everything that we do.

Our specialist containers have been approved by the UN as meeting packaging standards for chemicals and hazardous materials requiring packaging Group II and Group III, making them a trusted choice for chemical manufacturers.

Attention to Detail

We believe that it’s the little things we do that make the biggest differences.

Our meticulous attention to detail sets us apart from the competition. From meticulous product testing to the precise crafting of our bespoke solutions, we leave no stone unturned to achieve a flawless finish that will exceed your expectations.

Cost-Effective

Over time, our durable, long-lasting IBCs provide significant cost savings when compared to constantly buying and disposing of single-use containers.

Not only can they be repaired, but they also cut down on the need for constant replacement, saving your business both money and time.

IBC Recertification

Recertification is essential for maintaining the UN-approved status of PCM Pressure Bins used to transport chemicals safely.

Every five years your PCM Pressure Bins, sometimes also referred to as ‘Pump over IBC’s’ or ‘Blow over IBC’s, must undergo rigorous testing to ensure compliance with UN standards and achieve essential recertification. Our team handles the entire recertification process, providing peace of mind that your container meets all regulatory requirements for continued safe use in chemical transport. Francis Ward can also assist with your obligatory 2.5 year periodic testing.

Customers cannot approve their own containers, but we at Francis Ward can advise on refurbishments before the rigorous testing process to ensure our clients keep their IBCs compliant and safe for continued use.
